Top floor, corner condo gives you breath-taking, partial ocean views and wonderful cross ventilation with windows with louvers to allow the Hawaiian trade winds flow. We pride ourselves on being little ones friendly with a high-chair, kids toys and books along with family games for everyone to enjoy! When you check-in, you will go to right to the condo! We will send detailed directions. The condo is in building #37 condo #245. * Condo #245 has beautiful Tropical decor and furniture. It will comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. * Our condo has traditional Hawaiian louvered windows that open to screened exteriors, that let the fresh air flow through. You might hear roosters or other outdoor sounds—it’s part of the island charm! You also may hear road noise as well in the unit at times. We’ve got a sound machine ready if you need it just in case. * Enjoy around a 5 minute walk through the lush tropical grounds to the most beautiful crystal-blue, consistently sunny beaches in Kauai. * The two beaches are super outstanding for snorkeling, surfing for all abilities, boogie boarding, lap swimming, swim aerobics, SUP boarding and the perfect baby beach for infants and children. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
You are 3 min to the two best and consistently sunny beaches in Kauai. Your condo is also easy walking (3 min) to Starbucks, Little Fish Coffee, Resort Athletic Complex and Restaurant with pool with child-sand beach, exercise and tennis courts, etc., favorite restaurants and pizzeria, Gelato shop, gift and clothing shops. You are 10 min walk to an outdoor, upscale restaurant and unique retail mall. Being on the south shore you are close to nearly all the main island excursions situated nearby. Beaches are swimmable and offer all the usual activities in crystal clear water: swim, lap, snorkel, SUP board, surf a variety of areas from easy to professional.
Guest Access
Parking is FREE in front of your condo and throughout the resort complex. If you don't want to drive much, you don't have too. Condo #245 is a short walk to everything you will need for a lovely vacation, with the exception of tourist excursions.

Kauai is a small island, meaning you can get to any destination in a day or less trip. The south shore has the most options. Unless you wish to explore the island and many excursions, a car is not needed to fulfill a relaxing and memorable vacation. The Resort offers FREE parking in front of your condo and throughout the complex. There is a Koloa minibus that can move people to different locations. You can rent scooters or bikes. There are trails and the Resort itself is a vast area of ancient trees and green spaces nestled up against the blue ocean. There is a Kauai BUS that can take you all the way to north shore, etc. There is only ONE road that goes around 2/3 of island..very hard to get lost even if you try.
