Come and enjoy this perfect place for your perfect vacation with newly updated condo on the south side of Kauai which includes: -gorgeous hand painted mural in the bathroom by local artist -NO A/C -accent wall with fun surfboard in the dining room -modern lighting throughout -Our condo has traditional Hawaiian louvered windows that open to screened exteriors, that let the fresh air flow through. You might hear roosters or other outdoor sounds—it’s part of the island charm! We’ve got a sound machine ready if you need it. -private lanai with eggs chairs and dining area that opens to a gorgeous shared grass area -easy access to the beach, restaurants and the Poipu Beach Athletic club -please be aware this is a tropical location and as such we spray the property for bugs quarterly to help prevent as much as possible on a tropical island but does not mean a small bug or 2 may not find their way into the condo but this is uncommon. -comfortable all cotton sheets with brand new pillows -Hawaiian touches throughout from local and small artists -please note if you book a stay for 10 days or longer there will be additional cleaning fees required to be paid to keep the unit in good working condition during your stay for mid stay clean(s)! -Short 5 minute walk to gorgeous sandy beaches of Kiahuna Beach and a 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach -small children friendly with a high chair, children dishes, toys, books and even a pack n play all included in your stall Lo Lo
