Come enjoy our home away from home for your next vacation! Decor and furniture updated unit w/ AC split in the living room. Historic plantation-era Hawaiian style condo right by the ocean. Very romantic and relaxed place, great for your next Ohana getaway, for honeymooners, or anyone who wants to enjoy the Garden Island of Kauai. You will find just about everything that you need here to make you feel at home. Condo unit #431, building 41 (Top-floor, far left).

-A/C split in the living room to help you stay cool as needed -Updated furniture and decor to match the Hawai’i vibe -The sleeping accommodations are as follows: 1 King bed in the main bedroom, 1 Queen pull out sofa, 1 twin blow up mattress, 1 pack n play (free of charge) -Free athletic club access which includes a pool, hot tub, gym, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts! -5ish minute walk to a gorgeous open grass area to enjoy along with access to the beach (Kiahuna beach) -We provide beach towels and some beach supplies for you enjoy your time at the beach! Anything you don’t find for the beach in the condo you can easily rent at beach hut on community property right before the beach! -Our condo has traditional Hawaiian louvered windows that open to screened exteriors, that let the fresh air flow through as wanted. You might hear roosters or other outdoor sounds—it’s part of the island charm! We’ve got a sound machine ready if you need it.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
You are 3 min to the two best and consistently sunny beaches in Kauai. Your condo is also easy walking (3 min) to Starbucks, Little Fish Coffee, Resort Athletic Complex and Restaurant with pool with child-sand beach, exercise and tennis courts, etc., favorite restaurants, a Gelato shop, gift and clothing shops. You are 10 min walk to an outdoor, upscale restaurant and unique retail mall. Being on the south shore you are close to nearly all the main island excursions situated nearby. Beaches are swimmable and offer all the usual activities in crystal clear water: swim, lap, snorkel, SUP board, surf a variety of areas from easy to professional.

Kauai is a small island, meaning you can get to any destination in a day or less trip. The south shore has the most options. Unless you wish to explore the island and many excursions, a car is not needed to fulfill a relaxing and memorable vacation. The Resort offers FREE parking in front of your condo and throughout the complex. There is a Koloa minibus that can move people to different locations. You can rent scooters or bikes. There are trails and the Resort itself is a vast area of ancient trees and green spaces nestled up against the blue ocean. There is a Kauai BUS that can take you all the way to north shore, etc. There is only ONE road that goes around 2/3 of island. Very hard to get lost even if you try.
